Terms and conditions
The terms and conditions apply to all deliveries, services and offers of manuka-honey.ch.
1. All prices are shown in CHF (Swiss francs).
2. The order is deemed accepted once you have received the confirmation email from us. All orders are binding. Shipping is by post, and the parcel is usually handed over to Swiss Post within one to three working days (Monday to Friday – we accept no liability for delays on the part of Swiss Post). If there is a delay, we will let you know. Orders are always sent complete; there are no part deliveries.
3. The shipping cost of each order is calculated during checkout. The weight of the parcel is what mainly determines the shipping cost.
4. Payment is made in advance by credit card, PayPal or prepayment / bank transfer.
5. If an item cannot be supplied because of shortages, we reserve the right not to supply that item. In that case the credit card is not charged; where payment was made in advance, a refund is made.
6. Unfortunately, foodstuffs we have sent cannot be exchanged, because they are perishable goods.
7. On receipt, the buyer must inspect the goods delivered without delay for defects in their condition. Warranty claims by the buyer for obvious defects are excluded if those defects are not notified in writing within one week of receipt of the goods.
8. Claim to repayment: in the case of an overpayment, the amount paid in excess is credited to the next order. A transfer back is made only on express request.
